Bingoolus's Terms & Conditions — Read Everything in Detail

Welcome to Bingoolus. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Bingoolus governing your use of the Bingoolus website and services. By browsing the site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

Bingoolus provides services exclusively to residents of Bangladesh. You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. Minors are not permitted to use this service, and Bingoolus takes active measures to prevent underage access.

To open an account with Bingoolus, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false details may be closed at any time and funds may be forfeited.

One Account Policy

Each person may register one account only. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, bank account, or device is strictly prohibited. Bingoolus's system detects this automatically.

• You must provide your correct national ID number and date of birth during registration.
• Your account password must be at least 8 characters long, combining numbers and special characters.
• Never share your password with anyone. Bingoolus is not liable for any loss resulting from password sharing.
• Opening an account in someone else's name is not permitted. Nominee accounts are not accepted.
• Accounts cannot be registered under a corporate or business name.

KYC Verification

After registering, you will need to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals will not be available until KYC is verified. Bingoolus completes KYC verification within 48 hours.

Specific rules apply to all betting on Bingoolus. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — so make sure you're certain before placing it.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳20 and the maximum bet per match is ৳1,00,000.
• Once a bet is confirmed in live betting, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a match is abandoned due to a technical issue, all stakes will be refunded.
• Match fixing and betting using insider information are strictly prohibited.
• Match results are updated within 30 minutes of the final whistle.
• Any bet placed by exploiting a system error will be considered void.

Bingoolus accepts payments via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–5 minutes, though delays may occur if KYC verification is incomplete.

Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account. Deposits made through a third party will not be accepted and will be returned. Bingoolus monitors all transactions to prevent money laundering.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit. To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable Wagering Requirement must be met. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000.

Bingoolus bonuses and promotions are offered subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the terms before claiming any bonus — each offer may carry its own Wagering Requirement.

• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• There is a set time limit to meet the Wagering Requirement — typically 30 days.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• Cashback bonuses have no Wagering Requirement — they can be used immediately.
• If Bonus Abuse is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account will be closed.
• Bingoolus reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bingoolus. Involvement in any of them will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Money laundering or transactions involving funds from illegal sources.
• Betting using bots or automated software.
• Match fixing or placing bets on outcomes known in advance.
• Attempting to hack the system or bypass security measures.
• Submitting false identity information or fraudulent documents.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to another member's account.

Bingoolus reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time and for any reason. However, this is never done without legitimate grounds. Accounts are typically closed for the following reasons:

Violations of our rules, providing false information, prolonged account inactivity (over 12 months), closure at the member's own request, or self-exclusion under our responsible gaming policy.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member, unless the closure is due to a rule violation.

Bingoolus accepts no liability for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party service failures. Bingoolus is not responsible for bets lost due to network disconnection during live betting.

Bingoolus will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned service interruptions. However, in the case of emergency maintenance, the service may be taken down without prior notice.

Bingoolus believes gaming is for entertainment — not as a source of income. Our members' well-being is our top priority. That's why Bingoolus offers the following:

• Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• Self-Exclusion — take a break from the site for a set period of time.
• Cooling-off period — take a break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• If signs of gaming addiction appear, the Bingoolus support team will provide the necessary assistance.
